The Certificate in Manual Therapy is an intensive 4-day training program initiated by the Center of Manual Therapy in 2021. With a proven track record of successfully launching 32 batches throughout Pakistan, this program aims to enhance the practical skills of physiotherapists in manual therapy techniques. It is tailored for professionals who wish to deepen their expertise in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, focusing on both spine and peripheral joint techniques.

Course Breakdown:

• Total Techniques Covered:100 techniques
  • 50 techniques for the spine
  • 50 techniques for peripheral joints

The techniques taught in this program are drawn from established schools of thought in manual therapy, including:

• Mulligan Concept
• Maitland Concept
• Kaltenborn Concept
• Cyriax Concept
• Modified Manual Therapy Techniques

These techniques are delivered with clear explanations and demonstrations, ensuring that participants grasp the correct application and rationale behind each technique. This program emphasizes hands-on practice and evidence-based learning, ensuring that participants leave with the confidence to apply these techniques in clinical settings.

Training Format:

• In-Person Training:Available for participants residing in Pakistan.
• Virtual Training:For international participants, offering the same quality of instruction through online delivery.

• Handouts:Comprehensive handouts for each class.
• E-books and Slides:Access to e-books and presentation slides for reference.
• Recorded Lectures:All classes are recorded and accessible for review.
• Supervised Practice:Practical sessions under supervision to enhance skill proficiency.
• Certification:Upon successful completion and examination at the end of the course, participants will receive a Certificate in Manual Therapy, which is accredited with 60 credit hours.

Eligibility:

• 3rd-year Doctor of Physiotherapy (DPT) students
• Graduated physiotherapists

Instructor:
The program is led by Dr. Dileep Kumar PT, a renowned clinical physiotherapist, musculoskeletal specialist, and manual therapist with international accreditation. He is also the founder of the Center of Manual Therapy and Rehab Experts Panel. Dr. Kumar brings extensive experience and expertise to the course, with certifications in:

• Osteopathy and Chiropractic Techniques

• Manual Therapy
• Dry Needling

Course Completion:
At the end of the 4-day course, participants will undergo an examination. Upon successful completion, they will receive a Certificate in Manual Therapy (60 credit hours), along with handouts, e-books, slides, and access to recorded lectures.
